Reva University was established in 2004 under the Reva University Act of 2012. National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and National Board of Accreditation (NBA) have accredited the university. Listed amongst the top 50 private universities in India, the university has been recognised by the University Grants Commission and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education. its architecture programmes have been approved by the Council of Architecture. Reva University courses are available in numerous streams such as Engineering, Commerce, Architecture, Science & Technology, Law, Management Studies, Arts & Humanities, and Performing Arts. Apart from undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes, certificate/diploma and postgraduate diploma programmes are also available for the students to enroll into. The varsity has implemented the Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) and Continuous Assessment and Grading Pattern (CAGP) pattern of education for all its courses to enhance the teaching and learning process.
